It’s nearly new year so I thought I’d sit down (virtually) and tell you what my new year resolutions are.
Firstly, one is to make some YouTube videos that are good and I’m proud of.
Second, do this post a day thing here at WordPress.com
Thirdly, I want to become a lot fitter this year. I know how I can, I need willpower!
Fourthly, I’m going to try and be in a relationship next year.
Finally, I’m going to carry on and never give up.
Love you guys ❤
I world like to go to Japan because I love most things to do with Japan like the cartoons (anime), comics (manga) and music.
Secondly I’d like to go to America because they have some awesome stuff there too! Although, I wouldn’t want to live in America.
Lastly, I’d like to visit Germany because it sounds pretty cool.
Hope you enjoyed 🙂
I’ve decided I want to blog more. Rather than just thinking about doing it, I’m starting right now. I will be posting on this blog once a day for all of 2011.
I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.
If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
For me this year has been amazing. Even the crap parts. It’s helped my mind branch out and take what’s rightfull of it to take which is good.
It’s also helped me discover myself, even if many aspects failed and I cocked up badly. Extremely badly.
It’s also opened doors to minds and new faces. I’m hoping to make 2011 much better, because I can now. I can because I was scared discovering what I am, when not too long ago I hadn’t heard of the word in use like that.
People will have seen how I’ve become more confident in what I’m doing, and how I hate things going wrong.
I hope for college to chop out some people and leave them committed to memory and distant talk if that. I’m going to meet new people and I can’t fucking wait!
2011 here I come!
Android Market is a okay-ish thing for people to find and install apps to Android phones. It’s great and works fairly well depending on what you’re looking for. But, it’s crap if it’s not what you’re looking for. Cool, the new Android market looks good although I would have enabled a lot more than just looks. Here’s what I would do…
- Show official apps for a service (For example if I search “Twitter” it could have a listing for the “Twitter” app by “Twitter” at the top with “Official App” somewhere on it)
- Have a proper page for the developer, where they can put information in about the people there/what they do etc…
- Promote magazine and official reviews of apps. For example, if the popular tech blog Gizmodo reviewed the app, then I’d like to see that clearly.
- Make lists. For example, I could make a list of “Essential applications for a new phone” and it would be linked with a button to install all at once!
- Allow special offers/coupons etc…
Just my ideas for Google,
This is something I really do hate. Why do these companies have to be extremely pathetic? They have absolutely no need to do this. Over here in the UK, we can only really watch British television online on our computer (never mind mobile). I don’t like/watch/care about British shows and I watch a lot of Japanese stuff instead. However, I can’t do this legally in the UK (YouTube on mobile is my best choice, without TV TOKYO or whoever blocking episodes but not letting us have an official copy either).
But, if we take the trip over the United States of America, we have a number of services which can do this. For a start the major TV online company, Hulu have everything I want, but it’s USA only. The reason i’ve found: Apparently we don’t care about it and it’s not profitable. I don’t want to have to buy expensive DVDs. Plus Hulu is mobile-friendly too. I wouldn’t mind paying for Hulu plus either.
It’s actually pretty stupid how we aren’t even allowed access to stuff online. For example UK iTunes does not have everything that US iTunes does. Also Amazon Kindle has stuff available in the US but not the UK.
Please could copyright fix this and do how the Music copyright works (A independent organization collects the music royalties for most music available).
Another book i’ve been asked to read is called Looking for Alaska (http://amzn.to/e5Gbg0) where a girl called Alaska dies and this kid called Miles only knew her for a short while. The book is well thought out and is a great read, although it can get a little sad and crying-like.
It’s a good read, like everything i’m asked to read so I suggest you read it sometime soon 🙂
